Breaking News – $38 million class action lawsuit against Brican America alleging fraud
By author in Uncategorized | 0 comments
Leasing News posted an alert regarding Brican America, Miami, Florida on October 5, being sued over its leasing portfolio sold which has a bank regarding “marketing agreement” not disclosed within lease documents.
This alert was sent to Leasing News attention by Bernie Boettigheimer, CLP, President of Lease Police. Seems like Brican America was inside operation of attempting to sell elements of its lease portfolio. In doing a report, Bernie found NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa by using a claim against Brican for $38 million involving 1672 leases. He wanted Leasing News to alert readers with this particular company.
Sales when using the systems to dentists and optometrists provide advertising revenues reimbursing the purchaser on the system cost, prior to an ex-salesman of Brican America, together with suit brought by NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa.
Seems like among the two men behind Brican America is Jean-Francois Vincens. The operation is like the recent Royal Links Golf Carts leased to country clubs based on advertising to pay the carts and perhaps even make money. Jean-Francois Vincens was one of several principals in Recomm, who had over $125 million in losses involving over 30 leasing companies, including Colonial Pacific Leasing, Lease Partners, Bell Atlantic TriCon, Finova, GreatAmerica Leasing, Textron, among others. There is no doubt concerning the Brican America Scam.
You’ll find multiple sites with information in regards to the lawsuit including a South Florida Lawyer. If you’re interested int he Brican America Lawsuit – there’s more to learn as of this link.
